Shipping & Return Policy


Freight charges on our orders are determined by the actual weight of the shipment and we use negotiated rates with UPS to ship. If you are willing to pay the extra charges we can always ship by air either next day, second day or 3 day.

Free Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders over $49. The orders will be shipping standard freight. If you wish to upgrade the shipping, a fee will be charged depending on the weight and destination of the order. Free shipping only applies to orders shipping in the 48 contiguous states.


All damaged or defective items can be returned for replacement or full refund, depending on the customer’s preference.
In order to initiate a return please call 800-432-6922 and our customer service representative will guide you through the process. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your credit back to the original card used.

For items not damaged or defective please call customer service for return instructions. Customers will be responsible for the return freight.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: For orders to arrive before Christmas they needs to be placed by December 15 before 11 am PST. Extra changes will apply after that date for a guaranteed Christmas delivery
