Refund policy

At Danya B. we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. Will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, items can be replaced or refunded depending on the customer’s preference. A return shipping label will be issued if we consider the item must be returned.

If you change your mind about the product you have purchased and want to initiate a return, please contact our customer service representative to receive a return authorization. Please note than in these cases you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
